Riesling Recipe                                                              Recipe

Riesling is a fun, drinkable white wine that is often overshadowed by our love affair with Chardonnay. It ranges from elegant, slightly sweet version famous from Germany, to more Americanized and fruity types from California and the Northwest.

Riesling's delicate taste profile is a perfect match with Salad Niçoise.

Salad Niçoise is fancy talk for a tuna salad with a twist.

When you combine all white meat tuna with other interesting ingredients like chilled green beans, salty Kalamata olives and tomato wedges on a bed of lettuce . . . you're just primed for a Riesling to go with it!

Sounds good for a Saturday lunch doesn't it?

Rieslings tend to have lower alcohol, which adds to the clean, food friendly taste.

It lets the combo of flavors come through.
