Champagne Valentine

No doubt about it, Champagne is the most romantic wine there is.   It's the way to put an exclamation point on special times.   And what's more special than toasting the one you love on Valentine's Day?

Maybe it's the bubbles that froth over the flute when you pour or rise up and tickle your nose when you sip, but sparkling wine just, well, sparkles!   It says, "this is a moment to pause, a time to savor and a memory to make."
